The title of the web site is only useful if you are using framesets... since framesets are deprecated since release 3.5, this field is quite useless, too. So it may be dissappear in the future.

You can declare meta keywords and a meta description here which will included in every meta tag for every content document.

The (?crawler page?) is a special page which you can provide to search engine spiders. It includes links to every content document and some meta tags.
